Radio frequency soft magnetic materials from Micrometals are based on carbonyl iron powders. They are suitable in a really wide band of frequencies where other materials cannot be used due to a decrease of permeability (thus saturating) or increased losses (thus increasing heat and reducing efficiency). Offering a high Q factor in applications up to 700MHz they are the perfect solution for inductors and transformers in radio, video communication, or broadband applications.
The permeability (µr) range is from 1 to 35.

- Customised shapes also possible
- Mix-8 low core loss and good linearity under high bias conditions
