Custom-made magnetic components and power supplies
Their headquarters are in Asnaes, Denmark, where management, R&D, and production are based, and their factory for manufacturing is in Thailand. Both facilities are ISO 9001 certified and their facility in Thailand has IATF16949 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.
With full customisation, Flux can provide completely optimised solutions on size, form factor, and performance, including custom bobbins, custom magnetic core geometries, custom housings and bases, and in-house 3D CAD designs.
Flux offers a range of engineering support to assist every aspect of your project such as reviews of your design, collaborating with you to jointly work on the design, designing fully according to your specifications for manufacturing, and cost and performance optimisation.
Rapid prototyping: with prototype factories in Europe and Thailand, Flux offer 3D printed custom bobbins for rapid prototyping.
Test facilities: partial discharge, thermal shock and cycling, burn-in, and DPA micro sectioning.

Highly reliable magnetic components
Flux's skilled operators manufacture these components or units under ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality control. Such high-reliability components from Flux are used in the aviation and defence industries in applications such as guidance, sonar, pilot interface, electronic defence systems, flight management systems, power supplies, and air-conditioning systems. Flux's high-reliability components are also found in other demanding environments and applications, to operate reliably for prolonged periods. Space magnetic components
Flux manufacture custom-designed magnetic parts and units in a wide range of topologies, materials, and processes all qualified in accordance with MIL and ECSS standards. All operators and quality control staff undergo comprehensive training, ESA certification, and re-certification in processes and international workmanship standards.
Flux has proven experience as a significant contributor to the international space industry. They have supplied more than 500,000 components for missions launched from Europe, Asia, and the USA.

For more than 30 years, Flux has provided customised magnetic solutions for the industrial market, including world-leading customers within industrial electronics, transportation, renewable energy, and telecommunications. Their portfolio covers a range of chokes, transformers, and power supplies.
- Motor drives: Flux develops and delivers chokes, transformers, and unit solutions for the control electronics of motors and energy-saving pumps.
- Renewable energy: Flux designs and manufactures customised products for various inverters. With high-efficiency, long-life, and high-current components, Flux develops solutions that last.

Electric vehicle charging power magnetic solutions
Some key challenges for the mass adoption of EV’s are battery charge speeds and charger availability. With Flux’s automotive certification, IATF 16949:2016 we offer customers a range of reliable and efficient inductors and transformers with the flexibility of it being a single-phase or 3-phase solution. Their range covers power magnetics from 1kW to 150kW.
