Assembled at the ACAL BFI facility in the UK, the Amphenol 602GB series of metal shell, bayonet lock connectors are high performance, robust, qualified to PAN6432-1 and compatible with MIL-DTL-26482 Series II. Featuring keyway orientation, the standard material for the 602GB series is aluminium alloy with cadmium olive drab plating with other plating options including olive drab zinc cobalt, electroless nickel. A stainless-steel option is available.
An extensive selection of contact layouts is available that can accommodate wire gauges 20AWG, 16AWG and 12AWG featuring gold plated crimp contacts with minimum 500 mating cycles.
Various shell types are available with accessory backshell kits, machined from solid aluminium bar stock not forged or extruded as with competitor product, ensuring inherent strength to the connector housing. Operating temperature ensures connectors can be reliably used in temperatures ranging from -65°C to +200°C.
Connectors can be ordered under Amphenol 602GB, Pattern 602 or Panavia part numbering, and supplied with appropriate hardware and accessories as required.
