Production Worker (m/f/d) – Prototype Construction – Inductive Components & Electronics

Your Strengths:

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a toolmaker, precision mechanic, or comparable qualification)
  • Experience in the manufacturing of inductive components is an advantage, ideally in both prototype and series production environments
  • Good knowledge of materials, their properties, and processing methods
  • Proficiency in working with technical drawings (2D/3D) and an understanding of PCB layouts are advantages
  • Basic knowledge of relevant standards for the manufacture of inductive components
  • Basic understanding of electronic principles
  • Experience with testing methods and equipment for electronic and inductive assemblies
  • Basic knowledge of PCB assembly (component placement, reflow soldering) is an advantage

Your main tasks include:

  • Production of samples and prototypes (transformers, chokes, coils, PCB assembly) for development projects within the Magnetic Products Technology Centre (MagTC) and Power Technology Centre (PowerTC), in accordance with specifications or work instructions
  • Manufacturing of small batches of relevant components and assemblies
  • Testing of inductive components and electronics; creation of test programs
  • Technical documentation and creation of technical drawings
  • Support during prototype development

Field Sales Engineer/ Magnetics (m/w/d) – Northern and Eastern Germany.

Your Strengths:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician or electronics technician, as well as several years of sales experience, preferably in the aforementioned product area.

  • You are willing to delve into the product area through a multi-stage onboarding program, if necessary.

  • You are passionate about technical challenges and finding solutions.

  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as fluent German, both written and spoken.

  • Due to our international focus, very good English skills are essential.

Your Strengths:
