FLIR provides high-performance pan and tilt devices with real-time computer-controlled positioning of virtually any payload. The range includes thermal imaging cameras, video cameras, laser rangefinders, and microwave antennas.
FLIR’s pan and tilt positioners include an easy-to-use digital interface and software, which makes control simple and provides advanced features for speed and position control. The software programmability makes it easier to identify and manage a situation, through real-time and programmed movement control.
To complement FLIR’s pan and tilt positioners, inertial stabilisation modules, Geo-pointing modules, positioning/ joystick controllers, and SDK software are available depending on the model.

- D100E – Mid-sized PTU up to 25lbs, fully weatherised. Inertial stabilisation available with 100BaseT Ethernet pass-through
- D300E – Heavy-duty PTU up to 70lbs. Designed for harsh environments in fixed and mobile applications. Inertial stabilisation available, with optional Gigabit Ethernet pass-through
- D300E-EX – Heavy-duty PTU up to 90lbs. EX models have upgraded gears, with higher gear ratios and all stainless-steel gears. Stabilisation available, with optional Gigabit Ethernet pass-through
