InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes are designed for demanding high-speed digital, RF, and mixed-signal test applications. Each model starts with 1 GHz analog bandwidth and can be upgraded by license to 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, or 6 GHz as project needs evolve. With up to 20 GS/s sample rate, waveform update rates above 450,000 waveforms per second, and advanced triggering such as zone touch triggering, they help engineers capture rare and complex events quickly. The large 12.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display and multi-language voice control simplify operation and reduce setup time. MSO models include 16 digital channels, while DSO models can be upgraded for mixed-signal analysis. The series also integrates multiple tools including protocol analysis, waveform generation, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, and frequency response analysis. Each 6000 X-Series model starts at 1 GHz and can be upgraded by software license to 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, or 6 GHz. The process involves purchasing the correct bandwidth upgrade license for the 2-channel or 4-channel model and activating it on the oscilloscope. Once installed, the firmware unlocks the higher bandwidth without requiring hardware modification.

DSOX models are standard digital storage oscilloscopes with 2 or 4 analog channels and no built-in digital logic inputs. MSOX models include 16 digital channels as standard for mixed-signal analysis. DSOX instruments can be upgraded with the appropriate MSO accessory and license to add the same mixed-signal capability.

Zone touch triggering allows you to draw a region directly on the oscilloscope display around the waveform behavior you want to detect. The trigger system then responds only to waveforms that enter or avoid that zone, depending on the setup. This makes it much faster to isolate specific pulses, glitches, or timing-related events without building more complex trigger conditions manually.

The platform combines multiple tools in one instrument, including the oscilloscope itself, logic analysis on MSO models or upgraded DSO models, serial protocol analysis, an optional dual-channel waveform generator, frequency response analysis, a digital voltmeter, and a 10-digit frequency counter.
