The LR1121 is Semtech’s third-generation ultra-low-power LoRa® transceiver. It supports multi-band LoRa and Long Range Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (LR-FHSS) communication across sub-GHz and 2.4 GHz ISM bands, as well as satellite S-Band and L-Band connectivity.
The device is designed to comply with the physical layer requirements of the LoRaWAN® specification released by the LoRa Alliance®, while remaining highly configurable to meet diverse application requirements and support proprietary communication protocols.

- Low-power, high-sensitivity LoRa/(G)FSK half-duplex RF transceiver
- Supports worldwide ISM frequency bands: 150–960 MHz (sub-GHz) and 2.4 GHz, as well as 2 GHz S-Band and 1.55 GHz L-Band
- Low-noise RX front-end for enhanced LoRa/(G)FSK sensitivity
- High-power PA path: up to +22 dBm in sub-GHz band and up to +11.5 dBm in 2.4 GHz band
- LR-FHSS modulator
- Integrated PA regulator supply selector for dual-power operation (+15/+22 dBm) on a single board
- Supports worldwide multi-region BOM by adapting matching network to meet regulatory limits
- Fully compatible with SX1261/2/8 devices and the LoRaWAN standard defined by the LoRa Alliance
