The AN54LV-15 is a surface-mount wireless module built around the nRF54L15 system-on-chip, delivering Bluetooth 6.0 Low Energy alongside additional 2.4 GHz protocols in a single compact device. With dimensions of just 8.4 × 6.4 × 1.5 mm and a fully integrated chip antenna, it is designed to free up PCB space while simplifying RF layout and matching.
A 128 MHz Cortex-M33 processor, complemented by on-chip memory of up to 1.5 MB flash and 256 KB RAM, gives engineers ample headroom for complex protocol stacks and application code. The module supports a wide range of interfaces, including QSPI, SPI, UART, I²C, I²S, PDM, PWM, ADC and NFC, making it easy to connect sensors, actuators and host systems. Its radio supports Bluetooth Low Energy, IEEE 802.15.4-2020 and proprietary 2.4 GHz modes, enabling use in Bluetooth 6.0 devices as well as Thread, Zigbee, Matter and other multiprotocol designs. Operation from 1.7 V to 3.6 V and a temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C allow deployment in both battery-powered and industrial environments.
The module is intended to align with major global radio approvals and cyber security requirements, helping to shorten certification cycles. Overall, it targets applications such as connected sensors, smart home equipment, industrial nodes and other ultra-low-power wireless products where space, performance and security are all critical.
