LightPath offers both custom and standard lens assemblies for Thermal Imaging to cover the full infrared spectrum from 1µm to 14µm. LightPath BlackDiamond™ Thermal Imaging Lens Assemblies (TILA) are based primarily on primarily LightPath proprietary BD6 Chalcogenide Glass.
The LightPath Thermal Imaging Lens Assemblies can be proposed with a large choice of focal, Aperture (F/N) and coatings either standard AR or High Durability AR (HDAR) or Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) or any custom spectral filter coatings.
Some dedicated LightPath Optics can be proposed with the broadband LightPath Technologies Mantis™ infrared camera covering perfectly the full infrared spectrum from 2µm (MWIR) up to 12µm (LWIR) of this unique camera.
Made in USA or in Europe (Latvia), the BlackDiamond™ LightPath proprietary BD6 Chalcogenide Glass Infrared Optics represent a perfect alternative to the expensive and sometimes difficult to source lenses made of Germanium.
