A7209 monolithic low-IF CMOS ASK receiver for 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz ISM bands. Supports hardware mode (1–10 kbps) and SPI mode (up to 50 kbps) with configurable frequency and data rate via IC pins or 3-wire SPI. Includes baseband demodulator, on-chip regulator, low battery detector, auto calibration, and multiple power-saving modes.
