The AMICCOM A6133M4 is a 5.8 GHz wireless System-on-Chip (SoC) that combines an ARM® Cortex®-M4F processor, 512 KB Flash, 80 KB SRAM, and a high-performance RF transceiver in a compact, power-efficient design. It delivers strong processing capability for real-time control, wireless data transmission, and sensor applications while minimising system cost and board space.
Supporting USB 2.0, UART, SPI, I²C, PWM, and GPIO interfaces, the A6133M4 offers flexible connectivity for embedded and IoT systems. Its integrated 5.8 GHz transceiver provides low-latency, high-throughput communication optimised for short-range, low-power wireless links.
Housed in a 7 × 7 mm QFN56 package, the A6133M4 is ideal for compact, battery-powered devices such as wireless sensors, controllers, industrial modules, and consumer electronics, where performance, efficiency, and integration are key.
