Established in 1993, Impulse Embedded is a trusted partner to its customers across the UK and Ireland, offering comprehensive services ranging from device supply to full solution design, build, configuration, and network services. Their expertise spans a wide range of applications, including Industrial Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Power & Energy, Medical, and Rail. The addition of Impulse Embedded to the Acal BFi Group is a strategic move that significantly enhances our product and solution offerings, creating new opportunities for both companies and their customers.

Operating from a purpose-built 35,000 sq. ft. facility, Impulse Embedded employs a dedicated team of 35 professionals across sales, design & assembly, operations, and finance. The leadership team, led by CEO Craig Stone, brings over 60 years of collective experience and will continue to drive the company’s success under the Acal BFi Group. The company will maintain its well-established brand, benefiting from strong market recognition and continue to operate independently, whilst sharing best practice within the Group.
Impulse Embedded’s integration into the Acal BFi Group represents a significant step in our strategy to expand our European Embedded Computing business. This acquisition, alongside our recent agreement to acquire Arcobel in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, greatly enhances our reach and capabilities across Europe.
