Custom meat probes with cable

These sensors are designed to measure the core temperature of meat or another kind of food in conventional baking ovens, Steam- or microwave ovens, using the sensor signal for oven controls.

The sensors are available in many different configurations. Either a standard design or a high-level customised modification to ideally meet the technical and commercial requirements of the specific oven.

Various technical parameters can be modified such as mechanical dimensions, shape,cable length, characteristics, colour and more details to ensure optimised performance in connection with the specific application.
