DMU11 Series Angular Rate Sensors
- Technology
- Gyroscopes angular rate sensors
- Partner
- Silicon Sensing
The DMU11 and DMU10 MEMS-based IMU synchronise two sensor functions, an angular rate and linear acceleration sensor to create an exact, cost-effective, six-degrees-of-freedom (6-DOF) Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). Suited for integrated motion sensing and control in three-dimensional space.
DMU11 has been designed for minimum space occupancy and covers a wide range of applications. Calibration is over the full temperature range.
