Digital-analog interfaces for gas/environmental sensors

For more challenging designs, customisation is usually a requirement. We can advise and guide you on the best solution for your application, delivering a custom-designed solution with a fast turnaround.

Our self-developed digital-analogue interfaces close the gap between cost-effective basic sensors and complex industrial sensors. They process the digital signal outputs of the basic sensors (I2C, UART, others) and convert them into common industrial signals (0-10V or 4-20mA). They also ensure the power supply to the sensors.

This enables you to integrate a wide range of measured characteristics into your industrial control system (PLC) without any further development effort.

We have decades of experience designing and manufacturing custom solutions, and can advise you on the best element, housing, cable and connector options for your applications

  • Basic sensors – according to the desired measurements: CO2, T, Rh, VOC, particles, etc.

  • Modular design: – flexibility to combine different basic sensors or modules with current variables CO2, VOC, T, Rh, PM and others (can be combined individually or together)

  • Output: – industrial signal (0–10V or 4–20mA); characteristic curve configurable

  • Input: – UART, SPI, I2C sensor signals

  • Power supply: – 12-30VDC

  • Small form factor: – adaptable to customer requirements and the number of measurement variables

  • Customer-specific: sensor characteristics – functional extensions, housing, display and others according to customer requirements

  • Cost efficiency: We have access to basic sensor modules and can offer cost-effective industrial sensor solutions.
