APH Amorphous Powder Cores
- Technology
- Powder cores
- Partner
- AMOgreentech
Amogreentech’s amorphous powder cores show high saturation flux density of 1.56Tesla typical of iron-amorphous soft magnetic materials with the advantage of a powder core with distributed air gaps.
The isotropic distribution of the crystal grains helps to reduce the power losses, allowing excellent DC Bias, low core losses, and soft saturation, offering improved performance and capability to perform in temperature critical applications. Available with two permeabilities: 60 and 90. Target applications are PFC chokes and output filter chokes on a wide range of power supplies.
