Liquid cooled low frequency laminated transformers
- Technology
- Low frequency laminated transformers
- Partner
- Noratel
Based on well-proven technology, Noratel’s emphasis is always focused on a high degree of customisation for flexible mechanical solutions and ease of installation “on-site”.
Noratels’ air/water-cooled (AFWF) design transports heat efficiently away from the transformer and the surroundings so that a stable ambient temperature is obtained regardless of the location/season. The AFWF design also reduces cooling power requirements from the ambient temperature.
Typical industries for these transformers include shipbuilding, offshore, and process industries where there are requirements for low cooling effects from ambient temperatures.
