Supplementing our Amphenol connector assembly program is the kitting of backshells for use with MIL-DTL 38999 III / TV, 62GB and 608 series connectors.
Offered are heat shrink adaptors / spin couplers, band lock adaptors and strain reliefs in material and plating to match connector including black zinc nickel, electroless nickel, nickel aluminium bronze and olive drab cadmium / zinc cobalt. Adaptors have a wide range of cable entry sizes and can be kitted with appropriate Raychem heat shrink, memory spring or band to be supplied as one part number.
Cable exit orientations include 180°, 90° and 45° options with custom shell types including extended length or oversized cable diameter possible.
