The LightPath Technologies Mantis™ infrared camera is a unique product allowing to visualise simultaneously very hot and colder objects by covering the full infrared spectrum from 2µm (MWIR) up to 12µm (LWIR). It is based on an dedicated uncooled broadband microbolometer detector that makes it very price competitive vs stirling cooled MWIR imagers.
The Mantis™ camera is proposed either lens-less or equipped with broadband optics also manufactured by LightPath Technologies for diverse industrial applications like gas sensing (OGI) or furnace monitoring (LightPath can deliver the camera with a bespoke borescope) or for Aerospace & Defence applications like infrared multi-band counter-measures.
