Keysight’s low noise power sources are a new generation of power supply/sources offering 6.5 digit best-in-class precision, wide bipolar output ranges of 100nV-210A and 10fA-10.5A, and an extremely low noise floor of 10µVrms and 1nVrms/√Hz (at 10kHz). They offer innovative features such as graphing capability and arbitrary waveform generation capability (10MHz-10kHz), which enables test and evaluation that conventional power supply/sources cannot do.
These features make the B2961A/B2962A ideal companion sources to use with other instruments such as oscilloscopes, network analysers, spectrum analysers, frequency counters, digital multimeters, nano-voltmeters, etc. The advanced features of the B2961A/B2962A low noise power sources provide researchers, electronic development engineers, and electronic technicians with the tools that they need to meet their most difficult measurement challenges.
