This compact module functions as a fully autonomous Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi 6 radio node, requiring only a battery for operation. It forms the core of next-generation IoT devices demanding robust wireless connectivity.
Powered by the NXP RW612 SoC, it features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 processor running at 260 MHz, with 4 MB QSPI flash, 1.2 MB SRAM, and integrated analog/digital peripherals. Despite its small size (12 × 12 × 1.8 mm), it integrates decoupling capacitors, RF circuits, dual crystals (40 MHz and 32.768 kHz), DC-DC converters, and a dual-band antenna.
