SX1303 LoRa Digital Baseband Chip for LoRaWAN QFN-68

The SX1303 is a next-generation LoRa® baseband processor for gateways, fully size and pin compatible with the SX1302. Like the SX1302, it reduces power consumption, simplifies thermal design, lowers Bill of Materials (BOM) costs, and decreases the overall size of gateways.

In addition to all SX1302 features—such as SF5–SF12 support, 16 integrated modems, a 32 MHz clock source, and a unique 64-bit ID—the SX1303 introduces a new Fine Timestamp capability, enabling Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) network-based geolocation.
