The SX1280/1 transceiver family delivers ultra-long-range communication in the 2.4 GHz band, with high linearity for reliable operation even in heavy interference. These transceivers are ideal for robust wireless solutions and are the first ISM band ICs to integrate time-of-flight functionality, enabling asset tracking and localisation in logistics and safety applications.
Supporting multiple physical layers and modulations, the SX1280/1 optimises long-range, high-data-rate communication for video, security, and other bandwidth-intensive applications. Their high integration and ultra-low current consumption make them well-suited for compact designs such as wearables with miniaturised batteries.
The radios are fully compliant with global 2.4 GHz regulations, including EN 300 440, FCC CFR 47 Part 15, and Japanese ARIB STD-T66. The combination of high integration, low power, and ranging capabilities provides enhanced connectivity and enables new functionality for a wide range of previously unconnected devices and applications.
