ISP4520 combines two leading IoT radio technologies—BLE and LoRa—in a compact, miniaturized module. It offers LoRa’s long-range data transmission alongside BLE’s high-throughput local connectivity, ideal for configuration, commissioning, and updates via smartphone or tablet apps.
The module features Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF52 with an M4 floating-point processor and 512 KB flash for advanced applications, paired with Semtech’s SX1261 (EU/AS) or SX1262 (US) LoRa radios. Both chips provide low power consumption and power-saving features enabling multi-year coin-cell operation.
Integrated antennas support both BLE and LoRa transmissions, making the ISP4520 a pre-certified, complete radio and application core that requires only external sensors or integration into existing devices. It ships with combined BLE and LoRaWAN stacks.
