SX1236 Transceiver, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, OOK, +20dBm, 300kbps, QFN-28
- Technology
- ISM proprietary radios and SoCs
- Partner
- Semtech (formerly Sierra Wireless)
The SX1236 is a fully integrated ISM band transceiver that supports bi-band operation in most licensed sub-GHz bands with minimal external components. It combines a high link budget with low current consumption in all operating modes.
A 143 dB link budget is achieved through a low-noise CMOS receiver and up to +20 dBm transmit output power. Built-in power amplifiers can operate either fully regulated for consistent RF performance or directly from the supply for maximum efficiency.
