The A7302 is a low-cost CMOS RF transmitter for sub-1GHz ISM bands (315/433 MHz), supporting FSK (1–20 kbps) and ASK (1–10 kbps) modulation. Its built-in VCO and PLL synthesizer allow flexible frequency selection with a simple crystal reference, while a 4-step power amplifier delivers up to +10 dBm at 433 MHz.
The device is easy to use, with either SPI-controlled registers or simple pin-based HW mode. Packet transmission is handled directly via the TX_DATA pin, making it ideal for remote controls, wireless sensors, and compact smart devices. Housed in a small 10-pin DFN package, the A7302C offers high performance and simplicity in a tiny footprint.
