The Fibocom MA510-GL is a compact, high-performance IoT module series based on the Qualcomm platform, supporting LTE Cat M1, Cat NB2, and EGPRS with global band coverage, including power class 2/3 and 450MHz. Packaged in LCC+LGA format, it offers optional GNSS and multiple global certifications.
Compliant with 3GPP Rel.14, the module supports PSM, eDRX, and industrial protocols like MQTT, CoAP, and LwM2M over interfaces such as UART, USB, I2C, and I2S. It is optimised for low-power, space-constrained IoT applications including smart metering, asset tracking, and smart city deployments.
The latest MA510-GL-33 variant adds 3GPP Rel.17 NTN support, enabling resilient satellite connectivity for remote and mission-critical applications like maritime transport and emergency communications.
