The AN54LQ-15 is a surface-mount wireless module series built around the nRF54Lxx multiprotocol SoCs, designed for modern low-power connected devices. With integrated Bluetooth 6.0 support and a flexible 2.4 GHz radio, it can be used for Bluetooth Low Energy plus protocols such as ANT+, Zigbee, Thread, Matter and Amazon Sidewalk when the appropriate stacks are implemented. A 128 MHz Cortex-M33 processor, 1.5 MB of flash and 256 KB of RAM give ample headroom for complex applications and over-the-air updatable firmware. The module integrates 31 configurable GPIOs and a wide range of serial and analogue interfaces, simplifying connection to sensors, actuators and host systems.
An on-board chip antenna delivers convenient RF performance in a compact 9.5 × 13.7 × 1.8 mm form factor. The wide 1.7–3.6 V supply range and operating temperature from −40 °C to +105 °C suit both battery-powered and industrial environments. Pre-certified radio approvals and PSA Level 3-class security features help accelerate regulatory approval and support secure deployment at scale. Overall, the AN54LQ-15 provides a ready-to-integrate platform for robust multiprotocol wireless connectivity in demanding IoT and embedded applications.
