GNSS Front End Modules and Notch Filters

Front End Modules provide an LNA with one or two SAW filters (pre and post filters) in one miniature package. They are used between the antenna and the signal input of GNSS engines (ICs) to improve reception performance.

Notch filters are used to block GPS signal from other sub-systems (e. g. telephone line).

Tai-Saw is a leading provider of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices and quartz timing, globally with multiple facilities. Their products are used in applications across industrial, telecoms, consumer and for automotive grade solutions.
