The GBIC transceivers from Coretek are high performance, cost-effective modules that enable transmission of serial data over multi-mode or single mode fibers.
Typical applications include Gigabit Ethernet links, Fibre Channel links at 1.06 Gb/s, backplane interconnects and switches.
The transceivers have been fully qualified in accordance to Telcordia GR-468-CORE and comply to laser safety requirements as set out by IEC and FDA.
