We cover a wide selection of RF / coaxial connector types for industry standard cable groups and impedances supporting frequencies up to 6GHz+ with common types from BNC to SMA, available in panel and cable mount with the option of pre-termination to wire links and cable assemblies to your design. Custom temperature sensor probes

We provide a full range of highly accurate and reliable sensors perfect for sensitive/critical applications that need to detect changes in temperature quickly – along with the flexibility of a variety of customised options, tailored to your application. Explore technology

Rotary sensors and encoders

These sensors provide feedback on the movement of a rotating object or device (either single turn (up to 360°) or multi-turn (over 360°) such as the shaft of a motor and converts the angular position of the object into an analogue or digital output that can then establish its position or speed. Common mode chokes

We offer a huge variation of products from high permeable ferrite or nanocrystalline cores to highly compact ferrite-based CMC, to customised chokes for any currents. Magnetic inductors

Our incredibly broad offer ranges from power handling (from few watts up to hundreds of kW), frequency of operations (from 50Hz up to GHz), mechanical forms going from ceramic RF inductors, SMD power inductors, and toroidal to complex structures made of blocks and cylinders. We work in partnership with world-leading technology suppliers, meaning that we can work with our customers to offer bespoke solutions according to the technical application design.

Current transformers

Our current transformers efficiently convert primary currents into measurable secondary signals for AC measurement, supporting frequencies up to 20kHz. Suitable for applications combining DC and AC currents, our products are designed with advanced nanocrystalline soft magnetic cores. Ruggedised custom assembly

We specialise in fibre optic and connector cable assemblies for harsh environments and can incorporate a range of technologies such as multi-mode, single mode, expanded beam technology and physical contact/butt joint technology to produce anything from a standard ruggedised cable to a hybrid, ruggedised solution incorporating fibre optics, copper and RF coaxial connectors which is able to carry data, signal and power in one cable. However, low-voltage grids are still largely operated without real-time insights.
One key reason for this is the lack of networking and digitalization in transformer stations.

With over 25 years of experience in fibre optics and application engineering for hardware and components, we help to analyse and qualify to improve the stability and functionality of your transceivers. Supporting our engineers with expertise and state of the art technology, the Fibre Optics Technology Centre houses a number of our specialist capabilities.

IoT and wireless

The IoT and Wireless Technology Centre has the ability to support complex discrete component design-in from a bespoke System on Chip (SoC), right through to fully integrated modules that are certified and application ready.

Creating custom solutions that add connectivity to an application requires specialist expertise and capabilities. Our team of wireless technology hardware design and software application engineers cover RF, wireless, cellular and many more state-of-the-art technologies. Together they have extensive individual and collective experience of developing customised solutions, ensuring we can bring your concept to life.
