CRM100 und CRM200 bilden eine Serie von Silizium-MEMS-Gyroskopen auf Chip-Ebene von Silicon Sensing, die rauscharme Winkelgeschwindigkeitsmessungen in einem kleinen oberflächenmontierten Gehäuse anbieten. Der CRM100 wird flach auf einer Platine montiert, während die CRM200-Version seitlich montiert wird, was in Kombination die Messung der drei Freiheitsgrade (Rollen, Nicken und Gieren) mit einer einzigen Platine ermöglicht.
