FLIR's A8580 thermal imaging cameras provides images for industrial, military, and R&D applications. The 1.3-megapixel detector provides razor-sharp images. The A8580 series is available in both mid-and long-wave infrared versions.
The integrated filter wheel with four positions allows temperatures up to 3,000 °C to be measured. In addition, the A8580 series offers the option of manual focus lenses or lenses with motorised focus. The motorised focus can be precisely controlled via software so that the user always gets a perfect result. The FLIR Research Studio software controls the camera via a Gigabit Ethernet or CoaXPress cable, captures the data, and helps to analyse the recorded data.
