Range features
A high level overview of what this range offers
- Ultra-Portable: The range is truly portable, thanks to its lightweight design and unique cable sleeve locking mechanism, which allows for easy transportation and manoeuvring
- Powerful and Precise: Despite its small size, it packs a punch with a nominal power of 1500W and a peak power of 2500W, delivering precise and efficient welding
- Versatile: Designed to handle a variety of materials and applications, from maintenance and repair to heavy industrial uses such as construction machinery and aviation
- Smallest and lightest system on the market at 39kg, <0.1m3 and no water cooling
- Wire feeder is automatically synchronised with the laser
- works across a large range of metals: Stainless steel, Iron, Copper, Aluminium, Brass etc.
- Energy-Efficient: It operates at speeds up to four times faster than traditional welding methods, saving between 80% and 90% of electrical energy
- User-Friendly: With 24 pre-set modes for various materials, even beginners can operate effectively with minimal training
- Heat affect zone:2 to 4 times lower than standard welding process
- Welding quality: Perfect welding seam, deep molten pool and high strength
- Weld damage: Molten pool uniformity, good consistency
Enhancing Performance and Energy Efficiency
The MA1 range operates up to 4 times faster than traditional welding methods, offering potential energy savings of 80% to 90%. It’s equipped with a state-of-the-art laser control system for high beam stability, consistently neat welding seams, improved welding strength, and minimal deformation. The cooling system boasts phase change heat conduction technology with self-adaptive fans to ensure long-term stability.
Compared to traditional welding methods, providing:
- Lower radiation and environmental impact
- Increased speed
- More aesthetic and sturdy welding seams
- Easier learning curve
- Smaller heat-affected zone
- Less deformation
- Better welding seam integrity
- A wider range of weldable materials
Comfort and Safety
Our handheld welding torch is the lightest and smallest in the industry, weighing just 0.68kg. It’s designed for comfort, stability, and easy operation, with multiple safety features that ensure continuous and safe welding operations throughout the day.
Easy to Use
With 24 pre-set modes for various materials, the range allows even beginners to operate the system effectively after just half an hour of training. These pre-set modes, including wobble parameters, make for wider welding seams and a high tolerance for workpiece assembly clearance. For advanced operators, additional process modes for different materials and thickness combinations can be created and stored.
We also provide both the training and the safety equipment to accompany the laser welding solution – please contact our sales team for more information.
