- Built-in laser rangefinder for fast autofocus
- Temperature measuring ranges depending on model from -20°C to 2,000°C
- The T800 series offers an additional viewfinder for easy measurements in strong outdoor sunlight
- The T500 series is available as EST (elevated skin temperature) version
- Video sequences can be stored on the SD card and streaming via WLAN is also possible
