ATM33 series Bluetooth SOC solutions

These are a family of highly efficient Bluetooth® 5.3 system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. This Bluetooth Low Energy SoC seamlessly integrates a Bluetooth 5.3 compliant radio with an ARM® Cortex® M33F application processor, accompanied by 128 KB of Random Access Memory (RAM), 64 KB of Read-Only Memory (ROM), and 512 KB of nonvolatile memory (NVM). The inclusion of ARM® TrustZone® enables advanced security features, while state-of-the-art power management ensures optimal battery life in devices.

The ATM3330e/ATM3330 SoC, characterised by its exceptionally low power consumption—0.7 mA for the radio receiver and 2.1 mA for the radio transmitter—is crafted to enable battery-less/battery-free solutions in the Internet-of-Things (IoT) markets. Its support for low-duty cycle operation extends system runtime significantly, reducing the need for frequent battery replacements. Furthermore, this SoC series by Atmosic is adept at operating on energy harvested from sources such as RF, photovoltaic, TEG (Thermoelectric generator), and motion. Innovative wake-up mechanisms are incorporated, offering additional options for reducing power consumption.
