Embedded OnBoard™ SMD Antennas
- Technology
- Antennas
The Onboard™ SMD antenna family are surface mounted sheet metal antennas. One of their key features which eliminates the need of a dielectric substrate, is the capacitively loaded footprint of the supporting pins on the antenna, that significantly reduces losses and increases the performance. Another benefit of ProAnt’s OnBoard™ SMD antennas is the space that can be utilised underneath the antenna to place other components.
Custom solutions:We can also design, specify and manage the production of custom solutions from ProAnt, to meet your exact requirements through the use of our own Competence Centre. ProAnt can support, test and refine a design using their cutting-edge anechoic chamber to further refine and measure performance for the best possible results.
