EMProbe

An EMProbe is a combination of a single handheld probe connected to an articulated robotic arm which makes it possible to identify and resolve EMC/EMI issues. It captures near-field data from PCBs, systems, and sub-systems. An external spectrum analyser collects and analyses the results while the EMViewer software is used to control the robotic arm. Micro Positioners

Micro positioners offer precise mechanical movement for probing at the micron or sub-micron level. With linear driven motion technology, the micro- positioners offer precise movement in 3 individual axes (X, Y, and Z) with no backlash.
