The CoolX 600W is a revolutionary, convection-cooled modular power supply that delivers incredible power without fan-assisted cooling. The series offers the most comprehensive feature set and specifications available on the market, for this class of power supplies, through their wide range of PowerMods (power card modules). There are more than 12 PowerMods available including wide-trim, high-power, and single- and dual-output options.
The CoolX 600W can provide up to eight isolated DC outputs across a range of voltages (Vnom = 5, 12, 24, 48V), up to 600W (total). Users are able to install and configure up to four PowerMods in one CoolX chassis in the field.
The CoolX 600W platform is available in two specifications – the medical approved CX06M certified to IEC60601-1 3rd edition and IEC60601-1-2 4th edition (EMC) and an industrial approved CX06S certified to IEC60950-1 2nd edition, as well as being certified to the upcoming IEC62368-1.
The CoolX 1000W is the industry's only fanless 1000W modular power supply, offering efficiency levels of up to 94%. The series offers best-in-class efficiency and reliability in addition to the most comprehensive feature set and specifications available on the market through their wide range of PowerMods (power card modules). There are more than 12 PowerMods available including wide-trim, high-power, and single- and dual-output options.
The CoolX 1000W offers designers the flexibility of up to 12 isolated DC outputs across a range of voltages, from 2.5V to 58.0V, up to 1000W (total). Users are able to install and configure up to six PowerMods in one CoolX chassis in the field.
The CoolX 1000W platform is available in two specifications – the medical approved CX10M certified to IEC60601-1 3rd edition and IEC60601-1-2 4th edition (EMC) and an industrial approved CX10S certified to IEC60950-1 2nd edition, as well as being certified to the upcoming IEC62368-1.
The CoolX1800 series provides an incredible 1800W in a compact 5x10.5x1U package, typically 50% more power than the industry standard.

The series gives system designers the flexibility of up to 12 isolated DC outputs across a range of voltages, from 2.5-58.0V, up to 1800W.
The CX18S is available with full safety certifications to IEC60950 2nd edition as well as being certified to the upcoming IEC62368-1 for industrial applications. The CX18M carries IEC60601-1 3rd edition and IEC60601-1-2 4th edition (EMC) for medical applications. Stand-out medical features include BF rating (body floating), dual fusing, 2 MOPPs, <300uA leakage current. The CoolX1800 provides higher input surge protection of 4KV Line to PE for operation in harsh environments, reverse energy protection without the use of external blocking diodes as well as safety certified operation at altitudes of up to 5000m. Additionally, the CoolX 1800 has the ability to withstand input voltages of up to 300VAC, making it ideal for use in remote locations and those subject to input voltage disturbances.
The Xsolo series offers an incredible convection-cooled 504W in an open-frame U-channel form factor, and up to 1008W in an enclosed, fan-cooled chassis. This series offers up to an incredible 92% efficiency, in an extremely compact package. The Xsolo platform comes with a host of features including variable speed fan, 12V/300mA isolated bias supply, remote ON/OFF, output voltage control, and parallel operation for higher power applications. Nominal output voltages are 24V, 36V, and 48V, with wide adjustment ranges and user-defined set-points.
The Xsolo carries dual safety certification, EN60950 2nd Edition for industrial applications and EN60601-1 2nd and 3rd Edition for medical applications, meeting the stringent creepage and clearance requirements, 4KVAC isolation, and <300uA leakage current. The Xsolo is designed to meet MIL810G and is also compliant with SEMI F47 for voltage dips and interruptions.
The series is compliant with all relevant EMC emission and immunity standards, including the CE101 and CE102, conducted emission standards by combining with the ASTRODYNE-LCR F19374 high-performance single-stage power line filter, which brings the Xsolo platform to compliance with MIL-STD 461F, CE101, and CE102 conducted emissions under various loads.
