WNFQ-268AXI(BT) Wi-Fi 6 & Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 Module

The Sparklan WNFQ-268AXI(BT) is a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) module that also supports legacy Wi-Fi standards including 802.11ac, a/b/g/n. It is tri-band capable, operating on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz, and supports Dual-Band Dual-Concurrent (DBDC) mode, allowing it to run 2.4 GHz together with either 5 GHz or 6 GHz simultaneously. Designed with 2×2 MU-MIMO (2T2R), it supports channel bandwidths up to 160 MHz for high-speed data transmission.

The module uses a standard M.2 2230 E-Key form factor and communicates via PCIe for Wi-Fi and USB for Bluetooth, ensuring compatibility with existing platforms that have an M.2 E-Key slot, with no additional design work needed. It runs on both x86 and ARM-based platforms and supports both Windows and Linux operating systems with open-source drivers.

The WNFQ-268AXI(BT) supports both STA mode and Soft AP mode* and is recommended for applications such as digital signage, point-of-sale systems, rugged computers and tablets, fanless industrial automation PCs, and other industrial environments that require stable, high-speed wireless connectivity.
